Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ListLift (the “Service”), an AI tool that generates optimized product listing content. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ListLift generates suggested titles, tags, descriptions, and related keywords for online marketplace listings based on the information you provide. Output is generated by AI and is provided as a starting point for you to review and edit. ListLift does not connect to, post to, or access your marketplace account.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions, billing & renewal
The Service offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid “Pro” subscription billed at US$12 per month. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before any change affects you.
4. Your content and ownership
You retain all rights to the information you submit and to the listing content ListLift generates for you — it is yours to use, edit, and publish. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with the rules of any marketplace on which you publish them and with applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content;
- abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security of the Service;
- resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission;
- use the Service to violate the terms of any third-party marketplace.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ListLift and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or brand.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, visibility, sales, or results on Etsy or any other marketplace. ListLift is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListLift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
