This Privacy Policy explains what information ListLift (“we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name and email address — for example, the details shared by Google when you sign in with Google.
• Content you submit. The product descriptions and details you enter to generate listings.
• Usage data. Basic technical and usage information such as request counts and approximate IP (used to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse).
• Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details — Stripe provides us only limited information such as your subscription status and customer ID.

2. How we use information

• to provide the Service and generate listing content for you;
• to operate accounts, enforce usage limits, and prevent abuse;
• to process subscriptions and billing;
• to communicate with you about your account or support requests;
• to maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Service providers we share data with

We use trusted third parties to run ListLift. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe — subscription payments.
• Anthropic — the AI that generates your listing content. The product details you submit are sent to Anthropic to produce the output. Your inputs are not used to train ListLift.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Upstash — rate limiting.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies (set by our authentication provider) to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use them for advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see “Your rights”).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at xunaizhong@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. International users

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
