Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with ListLift. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Pro subscription.
1. Your subscription
ListLift Pro is billed at US$12 per month and renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime — there are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitment. To cancel, sign in and open Manage plan to reach the billing portal, then cancel your subscription. When you cancel:
- you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for;
- you will not be charged again;
- your account reverts to the free tier afterward.
3. Refunds
Because you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, we generally do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. However, we deal with refund requests fairly and in good faith:
- If you were charged by mistake (for example, a renewal you intended to cancel) and contact us within 7 days of the charge, we will refund it.
- If the Service was not working as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.
4. Failed or disputed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may pause Pro access until payment succeeds. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly — this is usually faster than a card dispute.
